Login & Account | LanSphere User Guide

Login & Account

This article covers LanSphere’s login methods, the email-binding process on first login, and account management in Account. It is for everyone using the platform for the first time. Once logged in, you can use the platform’s features according to your role.

Login Methods

The platform offers three login methods — choose on the login page as needed:

Method Description
Lansenger QR-code login Click “Log in with Lansenger” on the login page to bring up the Lansenger authorization pop-up, scan the QR code with Lansenger, and approve the authorization to log in
Account + password Log in with the account and password set at registration
Email code / password Log in with a verification code sent to your email, or with your email and password

Tip: Lansenger QR-code login only obtains your nickname, avatar, and OpenID. The platform does not access any other information in your Lansenger account.

How to choose:

  • If you use Lansenger heavily for daily work, QR-code login is recommended — no password to remember. Developers who plan to publish apps as Lansenger AI Assistants must also complete Lansenger binding.
  • In environments where scanning is inconvenient (e.g., desktop browser only), use account + password or email login instead.

Lansenger QR-Code Login Flow

  1. Open the platform login page and click “Log in with Lansenger.”
  2. The page brings up the Lansenger authorization pop-up with a QR code.
  3. Scan the QR code with the Lansenger client.
  4. Confirm and approve the authorization in the Lansenger client.
  5. Once authorized, you enter the platform. On your first QR-code login, you need to bind an email first (see below).

After binding, every subsequent QR-code login takes you straight to the platform home page — no repeated binding.

First QR-Code Login: Bind an Email

On your first Lansenger QR-code login, the system asks you to bind an email as the identity of your platform account. Full rules:

  1. Email auto-fill: If your profile includes an email address, the system fills it into the email field automatically. You can change it — make sure it is an inbox you can actually receive mail in.
  2. Send the verification code: After you click send, the button enters a 60-second countdown and cannot be clicked again until it ends.
  3. Code validity: The code is valid for 5 minutes from sending; request a new one after it expires.
  4. Enter the code. After verification passes, the flow branches based on whether the email is already registered:
Branch What happens next
Email already registered Once the code passes, your Lansenger is bound directly to that existing account and you enter the platform home page
Email not registered Set a password to complete registration and enter the platform home page

Tip: The bound email is the core identity of your platform account — used for receiving verification codes, recovering and changing your password, and secondary confirmation when unlinking Lansenger. Use a personal email you can keep long-term.

Note: One Lansenger account can only be bound to one platform account. If scanning reports that this Lansenger is already bound to another account, switch Lansenger accounts or log in with the original account.

Account + Password and Email Login

Besides QR-code login, you can also:

  1. Account + password: Enter the account and password set at registration on the login page and click log in.
  2. Email verification code: Enter your email, then get and fill in the code as prompted to log in.
  3. Email + password: Enter your email and the corresponding password to log in.

Account

Click “Account” at the top of the left menu to open the account pop-up, where you can view account info, link/unlink Lansenger, and change your password — and enter System Settings from the pop-up.

Account Info

View basic info for the current account in the pop-up, including the bound email and Lansenger binding status.

System Settings Entry

The “Account” pop-up provides the System Settings entry, covering System Users, Models, API Extensions, and Language Settings. Managing System Users and Models requires the Admin or Owner role — see “Members & Permissions.”

Linking Lansenger

Existing registered users can link Lansenger here for QR-code login later, or to publish apps as Lansenger AI Assistants (binding is required before publishing):

  1. Open the “Account” pop-up and click “Link Lansenger.”
  2. Scan with Lansenger and approve the authorization to complete the binding.

Note: Before linking, make sure this Lansenger account is not bound to another platform account — one Lansenger account can only be bound to one platform account.

Unlinking Lansenger

  1. Open the “Account” pop-up and click “Unlink Lansenger.”
  2. The system requires a secondary confirmation by email verification code: the email is pre-filled and not editable; click send code.
  3. Enter the code you received and confirm to complete the unlinking.

Changing Your Password

You can change your account password in the “Account” pop-up. Password rule: at least 8 characters, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special symbols. The same rule applies when setting a password at first registration.

Binding Rules at a Glance

Item Rule

Quantity limit One Lansenger account can only be bound to one platform account
Unlink confirmation Unlinking requires a secondary confirmation via email code; the email is pre-filled and not editable
Relationship to publishing Link Lansenger before publishing an app as a Lansenger AI Assistant; if not linked, publishing will guide you to the Lansenger authorization center for QR-code authentication

Common Issues and Prompts

Scenario Page prompt What to do
Lansenger already bound when scanning “This Lansenger account is already linked to another account. Please switch Lansenger accounts or log in with the original account.” Log in with the originally bound platform account, or scan with a different Lansenger account
Code expired “The verification code has expired. Please request a new one.” Click send code again and enter it within 5 minutes
Repeated code requests in a short time The send button is in a 60-second countdown and cannot be clicked Wait for the countdown to finish; check your inbox for the code already sent
Authorization not approved Authorization failure prompt Make sure you tapped “Approve authorization” in the Lansenger client, then scan again
No creation entries after login Cannot see entries like “Agent” or “Knowledge Base” in the left menu You are probably a Viewer, who can only use published apps in the App Square; contact an Admin to adjust your role if you need creation permissions

Tip: To switch the platform interface language, go to System Settings → “Language Settings” in the “Account” pop-up.
